Salary Payment of Employees on first of every Month

It is brought to the notice of All the Pensioners that the arrears for the month January 2012 -March 2012 will be deposited late by one month in their respective Account  along with the pension of August pension due to some technical difficulties.

Family pension Sixth pay arrears payment

All the family pensioners are hereby informed that the payment of  fourth installment of Sixth pay was due this month. But keeping  in view the priority of  payment of pension to be made on first working day of month and bulk of data  still to entered in system. We had reached to the conclusion that regular payment of pension should be made and then the remanining formlity can be  completed progressively.

DCPS Employees R-3 missing Credit for 2007-08 to 2010-2011

Bhandara treasury has already issued the  R-3 slip  for employees upto 2010-2011 through DDO's .If there is missing credit in employees  R-3 slip  for a particular month then report it to  Treasury by July 10,2012 along with respective month schedule and voucher number.
       Those offices who had not entered the information about  deposition of Sixth pay installment in the DCPS software should enter the correct information and get it approved by the Bhandara treasury office.

     Your slight alertness at this juncutre will solve many of your future problem .So spare some time and  co-operate us in updation of DCPS record.

DEAR ALL,
                    WE FURNISHED YOU ALL THE BOOK IDENTIFICATION NUMBER AS THE ATTACHMENT FILE  WHICH SHOULD BE USED WHILE FILING THE QUATERLY RETURNS  OF  INCOME TAX  DEPARTMENT IN YOUR RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENT.  DETAILS OF ACCOUNT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (AIN)AND BIN  FOR YOUR READY REFERENCE ATTACHED HEREWITH .KINDLY FEEL COMFORTABLE TO GIVE FEEDBACK IN CASE YOU HAD ANY PROBLEM IN TACKLING THIS ISSUE.

Book Identification Number (BIN) generated for each DDO record with valid TAN (present in the TAN master) in the aforementioned Form 24G furnished by US IS ATTACHED.

BIN is to be quoted by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer in transfer voucher details in their quarterly TDS/TCS statements.   

BIN consists of the following:

1.       Receipt Number: Seven digit unique number generated for each Form 24G statement successfully accepted at the TIN central system.

2.       DDO Serial Number: Five digit unique number generated for each DDO record with valid TAN present in the Form 24G statement successfully accepted at the TIN central system.

3.       Date: The last date of the month and year for which TDS/TCS is reported in Form 24G.

BIN will be used for the purpose of verification of TDS/TCS reported by the DDO in column no. 410 of their quarterly TDS/TCS statements and for effecting final credit to the tax payers present in the TDS/TCS statements.

 offices will be  kept open on April  28 and  29,2012  for ensuring  payment
and  pension to be deposited on first day of coming month in the account
 of  respective individual.The Staff from our office  is eagerly awaiting  for
 providing  solution to your problem faced in New sewarrth.In case if you
 fail to deliver the  salary bill in New sewarth  then we had kept the option
 of accepting the  bill  Prepared Manually for your convenience as per the
 instructions of  Directorate of Accounts and Treasuries for the month of
April 2012.

Preservation of Vouchers for the Accounting year 2008-09

All the DDO's falling under the jurisdiction of  Bhandara Treasury are hereby
informed  that  the voucher for Accounting year  2008-09  will  become due for
 destruction  aftre April  1'st , 2012 . It is  therefore essential that all vouchers
required  to  be  preserved  in  connection   with misappropration of funds for
 future reference should be segregated out before destructioin of all remaining
 vouchers.May I request you all  to furnish details of such voucher in terms of

5>Purpose of preservation
As this information is to be collected and forwarded to A.G.(A&E)-II ,Nagpur.

All the pensioner are hereby informed that since the expenditure on pension is to be registered in the new financial year 2012-2013.Payment with respect to pension will be deposited  with the respective  Bank branch late in the month of April.Kindly bear the inconvenience cause to you.

AS PER THE INSTRUCTION  ISSUED FROM  HON.SECRETARY(A&T),  BAHNDARA TREASURY AND SUB TREASURIES FALLING UNDER ITS JURISDICTION WILL REMAIN OPEN TILL 7  AND 6 P.M   RESPECTIVELY ON MARCH 31,2012.THE BILL MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY BDS SLIP ELSE SHALL BE REJECTED AT FIRST INSTANCE OF ITS PRESENTATION AT BILL COUNTER.

Submission of salary and travelling bills

All  DDO's ARE HERE BY INFORMED THAT SINCE SALARY AND TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE GRANT WAS ALLOCATED  AND MADE AVALIABLE WELL IN ADVANCE   THROUGH BEAMS SYSTEM  SO ALL THESE BILLS FOR CURRENT YEAR WON'T BE ACCEPTED  AT BHANDARA TREASURY AS PER FINANCE DEPARTMENT CIRCULAR DATED MARCH 7,2012 TILL FURTHER INSTRUCTION ARE NOT ISSUED FOR HIGHER AUTORITIES.
